Each year ASART selects one distinctive business in their early and growth stage to award our pro bono service – Business Health Check. Awarded business’s overall health will be accessed by our team with the use of our signature exclusive preliminary diagnose exercise, covering 20 most important aspects of a business including market, strategy, positioning, finance, operation, strengths, and weaknesses. Awarded business owners and top executives will not only have a clear helicopter’s view of their business but also have a detailed analysis of that big picture.

We originally use our preliminary diagnose exercise as a readiness assessment and preparation for our client’s M&A and fund-raising process; it now can also be useful for other purposes such as company’s health check, company’s periodic review, or company’s strategic review before any new strategic implementation.

Eligibility:

• Founder, owner, or management executive is Vietnamese and still owns more than 85% company shares;
• Headquarter is registered in Vietnam;
• Offers impactful and disruptive products and/or services;
• Demonstrate and embrace Vietnamese culture and values.

• There is no application fee or any other fee to enter this program.
• Only one application can be accepted per company.
