Binh is a highly regarded advisor in Vietnam, recognized for her expertise and dedication. She leads mergers and acquisitions (M&A), corporate finance, corporate strategy, and wealth advisory practices, and oversees all aspects of ASART Deal Advisory. In addition to her professional roles, Binh contributes several thought leadership efforts at AmCham, including ESG Committee, Capital Market & Financial Services Committee, and Sustainable Finance initiatives. She is also a fellow at the Australia Vietnam Policy Institute and serves as a valued advisory board member of RMIT Alumni and the Australian Alumni Business Network.
For nearly 17 years, Binh has advised prominent entrepreneurs, key stakeholders, and top executives of multinational and Vietnamese companies. She has successfully led and delivered M&A transactions, fundraising initiatives, and strategic projects, building a unique and distinguished track record in these fields. Binh’s comprehensive skill set includes valuation, due diligence, commercial performance, financial management, operational management, accounting, tax, legal, ethics, problem-solving, executive negotiation, organizational behavior, family business dynamics, government relations, advocacy, and market research. Her work emphasizes the combination of value creation and sustainable growth for optimal returns.
Binh has advised 250+ companies in 120+ projects across 15+ countries and 10+ industries, with an accumulated value of USD4.5+ billion. Noticeable disclosed deals where she has participated and advised include CVC Capital Partners’ investment in Phuong Chau Medical Group, SCG’s acquisition of Batico, Lafarge’s merger of equal with Holcim, Mega LifeSciences’ purchase of a brand from DHG Pharma, Puratos’s investment in Grand Place Chocolate, Warburg Pincus’ investment in Vingroup (Vincom), Warburg Pincus’ acquisition of a real estate portfolio from VinaCapital, Nam Long Group’s fundraising, and the liquidation of the first and biggest private equity fund at the time Indochina Capital.
She graduated Master in Business Administration at Indiana University (U.S.A), where she received a full-ride scholarship and also served as a Graduate Assistant for its Business School. She holds a Bachelor of Commerce with Distinction from RMIT University (Vietnam). Prior to founding ASART, Binh held notable roles at KPMG and Lafarge.
