Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh met with leaders of SMS Pharmaceuticals, Sri Avantika Contractors and BDR in New Delhi on July 31. SMS Pharmaceuticals and Sri Avantika Contractors plan to invest USD 200 million in a pharmaceutical industrial park in Thanh Hoa, with a goal of attracting a total investment of approximately USD 4-5 billion over the next decade.
