For most of the last 13 years, Binh has been working intensively with M&A transactions and strategic projects for both sell-side and buy-side.
She has assisted and advised leading Vietnamese companies, well-respected investors, and long-standing multinational corporations in various industries, with 110+ projects and 230+ companies for a total value of USD3.6+ billion, directly with board of directors and shareholders.
She has an unique set of experience and track record with a combined knowledge in M&A, corporate finance, strategy, valuation, structure, commercial performance, accounting, tax, legal, reporting, problem solving, executive negotiation, politics, government relations, and advocacy. Her current work is the optimal combination of these areas of expertise, with emphasis on value creation and sustainable growth.

Noticeable deals she has participated include the liquidition of the first and largest foreign owned private equity fund in Vietnam – Indochina Capital, DHG Pharma and Mega LifeSciences, SCG bought Batico, Lafarge merged with Holcim, and Warburg Pincus invested in Vincom.
Before ASART, she worked for KPMG and Lafarge. She has an MBA with a full-ride scholarship from Indiana University and Purdue University (IPFW, USA), a Bachelor Degree in Commerce with Distinction from RMIT (Vietnam), and graduated from West Noble High School (USA).
Duc has over 10 years of experience working with leading international, local organizations, and high-net-worth individuals.
He assits our senior management in managing our external affairs, working with project teams and clients on deal origination, and accelerating our firm’s effort in building a client-centric culture and services.
Before ASART, Duc worked mostly for JPMorgan Chase, ANZ Bank, and RMIT University. He has an MBA with Distinction and a Bachelor Degree in Commerce from RMIT University (Vietnam).
Assistant Vice President
Loan is experienced in management and administration, and joined ASART since the early days of our establishment.
She manages all aspects of our internal affairs and assists our senior management in overseeing daily operations, executing strategies, selecting talents, modeling a great company culture, ensuring common goals are aligned and achieved, and driving everyone toward our vision.
Loan has a Bachelor in Business Administration from Hoa Sen University (Vietnam).
